9 MONTHS OLD!!

Reagan is 9 months old and weighs 18 lbs. and is 27.75" long.  Her hair is still a sandy blonde color and those eyes are still blue!  She still only has the 2 middle teeth on the bottom but the ones on each side of those are about to pop through at any time!  She has been quite cranky and not feeling all that great, but she is still sleeping great at night, so we can't complain!  She is rolling EVERYWHERE now and has started army crawling all around.  She mainly "crawls" with her arms and kinda scoots her legs and pushes off her toes.  She's been getting more practice and has gotten a lot better with using her knees.  She did get a couple rug burns on her chin but it didn't phase her in the least!  She will stand up at the couch or at her toy bin and doesn't mind having weight on her legs, so she may be interested in walking soon but we'll see!

She loves to play with her toys on the floor (and make a big mess!) and she really enjoys jumping in her jumperoo.  She goes crazy in that thing and definitely no longer needs books propped up under her so she can reach the floor!  She loves rocking in her new rocking chair and has developed quite the little personality!  She and Chris love yelling/grunting back and forth at each other at dinner...It doesn't matter who starts it but they take turns going back and forth and it cracks me up!  She is waving and clapping (although she never wants to do it when we go to show someone else, little stinker!)  The other night she figured out that she could blow bubbles and that was so funny to watch!  We were laughing so hard and couldn't even get to the camera!  She was mesmerized by it and was making really big bubbles!  

She has started imitating things we do (watch out!) and has picked up clicking her tongue and just today in Target she was using her hands to hit her mouth and make the "ah ba ba ba" sound like a tribal chant and we were doing it back and forth to each other.  People were looking at us like we were crazy but it was so funny!

The doctor said she can eat pretty much any table foods now (except for the need to avoid everything dairy because of her allergy) but she's pretty picky about the textures of the new foods she's getting.  It makes it difficult because she can't have the basics like mac and cheese and grilled cheese, or even yogurt or ice cream, so we are getting creative and check labels of everything!  I even find myself checking labels of things I have bought before and know are fine for her, but I guess that's a good habit to have!  

This last month has gone by SO fast!  She is doing great and month 10 will be here before we know it!  We have a wedding in Cleveland that we are flying to the weekend she turns 10 months so we are very excited for that as well!
