Reagan's skin and blood test for her milk allergy were both negative when she was retested this summer and we recently did her food challenge test to see if she could start having milk. It was a 5 hour test and made for a very long day for Reagan - AND Mommy! It was totally worth it though because she has OUTGROWN her milk allergy!! We are very excited and feel very blessed that our hard work has paid off! We have spent the last year being very diligent and reading every label so that this day would hopefully come and it has!! To celebrate, we all went to Dairy Queen so Reagan could have ice cream for the first time!
We learned 2 things on this trip...#1 Rea LOVES ice cream. #2 Rea does NOT love sprinkles! Hahaha - Mommy thought she would like them but she picked them from her ice cream one at a time. We scraped them off and Daddy shared his cone so she could have some plain ice cream too :)
